The content and models covered in the workshop are consolidated in a variety of practical exercises and group tasks. The very interactive and synergetic nature of the course provides ample opportunity to experiment and exchange feedback. Meetings are recorded on personal DVDs and given to the sub-groups for self-reflection. Personal action plans are created at the end of the session.
