| Inhalte: | You will gain insight into the differences in business practices between countries relevant to your work in such areas as: - verbal and non-verbal communication - developing trust and rapport - avoiding misunderstandings - anticipating problems - planning effective negotiation strategies - successful socializing as well as interesting and useful cultural knowledge and intercultural theory You will be expected to actively participate in discussions, role play and simulation games, case studies, team work, and above all, to cultivate your sense of humour in difficult situations! You will plan and execute several real-time role plays for telephoning, a meet-and-greet situation, a business dinner and a formal meeting. |
