Ken Taylor, trainer and facilitator, is a Senior associate with PSA International.

Ken has lived for longer periods in South East Asia, Scandinavia, Germany and Africa where he has worked as a teacher-trainer, training manager and company director as well as a management consultant and trainer. His previous employers and clients include companies from a wide range of industries as well as state and non-governmental organizations. His extensive international experience means that he is able to adapt both interpersonal and communication skills training to the needs of business professionals. Besides training and facilitation, Ken is the co-author of "The Vital Link", a web based self-learning material for business people who work internationally.

Ken also writes regular articles on communication skills for Spotlight and Business Spotlight, two English language magazines produced in Germany.
